The Employee Benefit Coach

“I believe small businesses deserve the same knowledge, talent and resources as the larger businesses they compete with.”   - Co-Founder Don Canada Jr

Knowledge is Power

This sparked a bigger vision, coupled with a conversation between the co-founders: “what if we can create a business model to disrupt the health insurance marketplace by helping SMBs identify if their existing health plan is built for their “company” or is it designed for the “Broker’” and their financial objectives?

Next, the co-founders imagined; we know 6 out of 10 health plans are broken from decades of experience.  All we have to do is break Group Health Plans, right?  It seemed too simple.

What if we were to identify the dangers, opportunities and strengths for the employer, identify which elements are broken and enable the Small Employer to take control of their health plan?

As a result, we developed a Stress Test,

which generates a Confidence Score, arming the employer to have a conversation with their Broker – good, bad or ugly.
